id=\"tab_div_3spu\" class=\"tab_content\" aria-labeledby=\"tab_li_3spu\" aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n<h2>\u535a\u58eb\u8ad6\u6587\u82f1\u6587\u8981\u65e8<\/h2>\n<h3><a>Study of Ryukyuu&#8217;s portrait<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>In the Ryukyus, a number of portraits had been drawn, from the king&#8217;s portraits &#8220;Ugui&#8221; to the portraits of Keisou Kikumura, a leading figure in Kumejima Island.<\/p>\n<p>Ryukyu portraits differ in various aspects, such as style and description, however they share some common features, such as front-facing subjects, three-dimensional facial expressions, and planar body outlines.<\/p>\n<p>In this study, based on the portrait\u2019s style and the status of the person in the portrait, I classified Ryukyuan portraits into &#8220;Ugui&#8221; and portraits of warriors and influential figures in rural areas that were derived and developed from &#8220;Ugui&#8221;, and analyzed their features. The features of Ryukyuan portraits were clarified based on discussions on historical and cultural perspectives of the Ryukyuan society.<\/p>\n<p>In the introduction section, I will clarify the history of 24 portraits drawn by Yositarou Kamakura and the portrait that existed before the Battle of Okinawa, and summarize the required basic information to analyze these portraits. From the pre-war era to today, there have been some discussion on Ryukyu portraits, yet there are many questions remain unsolved. Here, the questions from previous studies on Ryukyuan portraits are organized, and the significance of the study on portraits in Ryukyuan art is discussed.<\/p>\n<p>In Chapter 1, I will clarify the actual conditions of portrait production through literature studies in order to discuss the &#8220;Ugui&#8221;. The only remaining styles of &#8220;Ugui&#8221; are depicted in the portraits taken by Yositarou Kamakura. For that reason, I confirmed the location and the condition of the portraits from the situation at the time when Ankou Mazikina, Chouken Higa, Yositarou Kamakura, and others actually investigated about &#8220;Ugui&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In Chapter 2, as a preliminary step to discuss the meaning of &#8220;Ugui&#8221;, I compared the portraits of the emperors and kings of Northeast Asian countries with those of &#8220;Ugui&#8221;, and identified the common features shared among those portraits, as well as the unique features of &#8220;Ugui&#8221; portraits. From the comparison, it became clear that &#8220;Ugui&#8221; portraits are composed of three figures: the king&#8217;s figure, the images of furniture and tools, and the image of the vassals.<\/p>\n<p>In Chapters 3 to 5, I examined the three figures drawn in &#8220;Ugui&#8221;: the king, the furniture and utensils, and the vassals. Based on the consideration of these three figures, we clarified the changes of &#8220;Ugui&#8221; styles, as well as the images of the king in the Ryukyu Kingdom, which are shown on the portraits.<\/p>\n<p>In Chapter 6, I will discuss about the creator of &#8220;TeiJyunsoku gazou&#8221;. The Ryukyuan costume, &#8220;TeiJyunsoku gazou&#8221;, has become an important piece in the discussions on Ryukyuan portraits due to its highly realistic depiction. However, there are two theories about the creator: the Ryukyuan theory and the Chinese theory. In this manuscript, I looked over the depiction from &#8220;Ugui&#8221;, the portraits of Ryukyuan kings,\u00a0 together with other portraits of Ryukyuan people, and examined about the creator of &#8220;TeiJyunsoku gazou&#8221;. Based on the thoughts on the creator of &#8220;TeiJyunsoku gazou&#8221;, I shall discuss the transfer of painting skills from China to the Ryukyus.<\/p>\n<p>In Chapter 7, I examined the appearances and costume depictions of &#8220;Kikumura Keisou gazou&#8221;, a leading influential group of people in Kumejima Island, and clarified the features of the Ryukyuan portraits. In addition, although these pictures theoretically belong to Ryukyuan portraits, the main characters were drawn without a crown that can identify their statuses and ranks, in order to express the feelings and conditions of those influential people in Kumejima Island. Based on this observation, it turns out that Ryukyuan portraits express diverse situations that are linked with ancestral rituals.<\/p>\n<p>In Chapter 8, I shall discuss about the changes of iconography that happens throughout the 17th century, based on the 2 works that exist now and 8 works that were drawn by Yoshitaro Kamakura, of the portraits of Shuri warriors, from which the changes in Ryukyuan portraits can be confirmed. Because the portraits of Shuri warriors from the 17th century, which are influenced by &#8220;Ugui&#8221;, until those from the 19th century, when the Ryukyu Kingdom was abolished, are available, I was able to confirm the changes in Ryukyuan portraits.<\/p>\n<p>In the final chapter, I clarified that the features of Ryukyuan portraits change over time by summarizing the findings from Chapters 1 to 8. The styles in Ryukyuan portraits, which include those of &#8220;Ugui&#8221;, developed through original iconography, depiction, and composition, under the influence of international situations and domestic reforms that surrounded the Ryukyus from the late 17th century to the 18th century.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tab_div_v3ab\" class=\"tab_content\" aria-labeledby=\"tab_li_v3ab\" aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n<h2>\u8ad6\u6587\u5be9\u67fb\u8981\u65e8<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">\u672c\u8ad6\u6587\u306f\u3001\u7409\u7403\u306e\u738b\u56fd\u6642\u4ee3\u306b\u5236\u4f5c\u3055\u308c\u305f\u8096\u50cf\u753b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u73fe\u5b58\u3059\u308b\u4f5c\u54c1\u53ca\u3073\u5199\u771f\u3067\u78ba\u8a8d\u3067\u304d\u308b\u4f5c\u54c1\u3092\u5bfe\u8c61\u306b\u3001\u8a73\u7d30\u306a\u7814\u7a76\u3092\u884c\u306a\u3063\u305f\u6210\u679c\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p
